Our Chef: Macy Cooke


Macy was born in Asheville, NC. She was raised in Boston, MA and attended the New England Culinary Institute.

If she’s not at Bistros, you’ll find her cheering on the Boston Red Sox or spending time with her dog, Meka. She considers Julia Child her hero and her mother to be her greatest inspiration.

Macy has been working in the restaurant industry for a very long time and really enjoys the environment Bistros offers.
